Wingaru Kids – Student Use Guide (Ages 5–12)
This guide helps you use Wingaru Kids safely, kindly, and for learning.
Please read it with your teacher or a grown-up at school.
1) What Wingaru Kids is for

Wingaru Kids is for learning in class and at home. You use it to watch, read, and do activities your teacher sets.
2) Be kind and respectful

Use kind words and good manners.

Respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and stories.

Don’t tease, bully, or make fun of anyone.
3) Stay safe online

Keep your password private. Don’t share it with friends.

Don’t share personal information (your address, phone number, or photos) unless your teacher says it is okay.
4) Use your own account

Log in with your name and password. Don’t use someone else’s account or pretend to be them.
9) Ask for help

Ask your teacher if you forget your password or need some help. It’s always okay to ask questions.
10) When rules are not followed

Your teacher may remind you of the rules, limit your time on the device, or talk to your family.
